The National Event Conference | Registration

Below are the details regarding the Conference over the dates of March 18th March 22nd 2009. All attendees registering for the conference will be required to attend all functions and be present all days.

The conference will be held at the Marco Island Marriott. Our group rate of $309.00 per night plus tax will be extended to our attendees 3 days prior and 3 days post, based on hotel availability. Please indicate on your registration if you would like extra nights. We will contact the hotel on your behalf. A credit card will be necessary to guarantee any extra nights.

Attendee airfare will be direct billed to the meeting. Guest airfare can be booked through corporate travel, but at your own expense. Any changes made to your flights after ticketing that result in a higher fare or change fees will be your own responsibility. Corporate travel will contact you via e-mail 24-48 hrs after you register with a proposed flight itinerary. *** You must respond back to them approving the flights (or make changes) within 24 hrs or the flights will automatically cancel .***

Ground transportation will be provided to and from the Fort Myers airport only.
